Learning by doing -- that's the focus of the EDA's Career Pathways Student Tours. The EDA has been collaborating with local businesses since 2000 to give students a glimpse of local career opportunities and the skills and education they'll need to get there.

In addition to on-demand tours throughout the year, the EDA partners with the City of Winchester and Clarke County to offer a blitz of student tours during Manufacturing Week - the first week in October. More than 300 students and 20 companies participate each year.
